Tebow vs. Manning debate in Colorado split along party lines - USA TODAY

A polling agency hit up Coloradans to get their take on some hot-button issues, so naturally they talked Tebow.

Specifically, state residents were asked, "Who would you rather have as the Broncos quarterback: Peyton Manning or Tim Tebow?"

The vote predictably went the way of the Broncos quarterback and former NFL MVP, with 53% of respondents choosing Manning, 21% choosing Tebow and 25% saying they were unsure.

Tebow, now a New York Jet, won the vote among Coloradans who identified as "very conservative" by a whopping margin, with 53% siding with Tebow and just 28% for Manning. Democrats voted for Manning 61% of the time vs. 13% for Tebow, while 45% of Republicans chose Manning vs. 35% for Tebow.

Manning, 36, has won four league MVP awards and is coming of multiple neck surgeries. Tebow, 24, completed 46% of his passes last season yet led the Broncos to a playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
